Decorus are always looking for land with development potential and welcome any assistance or introductions in that department. Once offered a site, our aim is to provide quick and decisive feedback to an owner or introducing party, reverting back within 48 hours to confirm whether a site is of interest or not. We will always pay for an effective introduction upon legal completion to those who make direct introductions and where agents are able to service a site, we would be pleased to retain the introducing party on re-sales.

 

Please note that we can work closely with agents and land professionals in assembling sites, or can deal with the whole process ourselves (to suit an introducer or landowners' preference). Where possible, we are happy to provide immediate ‘over the phone’ feedback regarding the possibilities of development on a particular site (subject of course to further investigations).
